This opportunity is a multi-day immersive workshop designed to equip participants with the spiritual formation, emotional maturity, and cultural intelligence needed to build reconciling communities. Through guided facilitation, shared experiences, and theological reflection, we help groups engage deeply with the work of racial healing and reconciliation.
This experience is ideal for churches, faith-based organizations, leadership teams, and individuals who desire to be formed as peacemakers in their communities. No matter where you are on your journey, the Experience creates space for learning, healing, and transformation.
You’ll participate in guided morning sessions that explore key themes such as fear, anger, shame, and grief, followed by afternoon excursions that deepen the learning through real-world context. Each day includes time for reflection and connection, both individually and as a group.
The standard Arrabon Experience is a 3 or 4 day immersive journey, though custom options may be available depending on your group’s needs.
